Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw, also known as Elizabeth Alice MacGraw, is an American designer and author who has received numerous awards for her work. She advocates human rights for animals. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway 72 are among her most well-known films. Her family was an artistic family from New York and wanted to pursue a career in artistic fields. She began as a photo assistant and then moved on to modeling and acting. MacGraw was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award, for most promising newcomer. MacGraw's 1970 film Love Story proved a major hit and fetched her worldwide fame as well as several awards including an Academy Award' nomination and an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe award. After just three short films, MacGraw was declared the most successful female film in the history of box offices. In 1972, the Grauman's Chinese Theater recorded her signature with handprints, foot prints and handprints in the year 1972. She was a part of several different films, such as The Getaway Convoy Players and the miniseries on TV The Winds of War among many others. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography, was released. MacGraw was married to three individuals.
